New Thing 148, New Thing Every Day: Try an Entirely New Weightlifting Exercise

As part of my effort to combat the effects of my MS, I have been lifting weighs for the last several months, mostly three mornings a week. Since I can't stand for very long, I find things that I can do from a chair. Today, I started a new one that I have never done before, and that I think will be a good long-term addition -- the seated bent-over row.
