Generally considered Patton's greatest speech, his Speech To The Third Army rallied his troops in 1944, prior to the invasion of France. On Memorial Day, it seemed appropriate to read one of the great speeches from our greatest war. It is powerful, and profane, and colorful, and I suspect got those men ready like few speeches could have.
