One of the themes to my New Thing project is getting myself to try activities or foods or whatever that are popular in some quarter, but that I otherwise might not try.
Here is what Wikipedia has to say about Kombucha, "Kombucha is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that are commonly intended as functional beverages for their supposed health benefits."
I had a tart cherry version. It was fizzy and sweet/tart and was fine, but not really my thing. Maybe I am healthier now, though?
