Leigh and I went to Barred Owl for dinner tonight and I inadvertently ordered blood sausage as part of a meat plate. I probably would not have ordered blood sausage on its own, but it was right there in front of me, so I tried it. Honestly, it was really good, really just like any other sausage. I am happy I tried it and would be happy to try it again.
