My original plan was to get to three laps (3.75 miles), by the end of the year, and call it good. But just one more lap would put me at five miles, which seemed like a good, round number, so I decided to push it. Five miles is where I will stay for the foreseeable future, and probably forever (trying to do that every Saturday and Sunday morning).
Sometime soon, I will officially declare myself to be in the best shape of my life, which I probably am right now, but I want to get to a certain weight that I think will cement that status (awesome, sure, but also just a little sad, because I am not really in that great a shape).
