Tonight I had dinner a Boudin Bakery, in San Francisco. It is the oldest baker of sourdough in San Francisco, and also has an excellent restaurant. No, I did not have any bread, any of the awesome desserts, or even the mac & cheese. What I did have was totally tasty, and it totally reminded me that I do not have to deprive myself of delicious food to eat the way I want to. It was a great evening.
